False allegations by CPS, forced adoption, foster care placement, instead of family placement, abused in foster care, falsified cps documentation, children sent back with abuser etc. Non-custodial parent issues, Visitation problems, unreasonable child support, VAWA concerns. Targeting of ethnicity; victims of Residential School Abuse. Ability: Parents with disability or children with disability forced to relinquish custody in order to gain access to support services.
