EXPOSE CORRUPTION, In the Hibbing MN, District 6, St. Louis County Judicial, Minnesota Public Defender Program via the corrupt private attorneys that participate. The unfair and bias administration of the law and justice demonstrated by law enforcement and the judicial and abuse of authority via Color of Law. Arrowhead Regional Corrections, Probation Departments failure to properly supervise those released into the community, which history has proven, reoffend and violate probation as a result of the commission of additional crimes while on supervised release. I have researched the statistics concerning this last statement for a year, concluding it a matter of FACT! I have compiled many records taken from the Minnesota Judicial Website District 6 Hibbing MN. Court Calendar to support this FACT!
We the People Demand the role of Public Service limit the scope of programs, job employment, and other activities that influence the administration of the law and justice, these public servants are sworn to uphold. Prohibit public servants from extensive involvement and cross membership in the Hibbing City Council, Law Enforcement, The Public Defender Program, City, County, and State Prosecutions. This creates, serious conflicts of interest, which are rampant and they demand attention and rectification, to more clearly establish and define the role of Public Service in Hibbing MN, District 6, St. Louis County. Including but not limited to, the Hibbing City Attorney, Richard Sellman, Local Private Attorneys, Public Defenders, County Attorneys, Judge Ackerson, Judge Starr, Law Enforcement and Probation Supervisors.
We the People Demand the strict adherence to a code of ethics and thorough investigations concerning those that have repeatedly breeched this code(s), conflicting the interests of the ALLEGED guilty among the community and the community as a whole. As a result of this cross involvement in the aforementioned role of Public Service in Hibbing MN, District 6, St. Louis County. It is impossible to receive fair and unbiased treatment, liberty and justice for all. It is also impossible to ethically, uphold and administer justice according to State and Federal Code, and the Constitution of the United States of America while these conflicts of interest exist.
We the People Demand a THOROUGH investigation concerning Hibbing private attorney Richard Sellman, AKA, Hibbing Police Department Investigator, AKA, Hibbing City Council Member, AKA Hibbing City Attorney, his associate(s) James Andrew Boreland AKA Prosecutor for the State of Minnesota and Jaclyn Corradi, The Law Offices of James Perunovich and his associates.
We the People Demand a THOROUGH investigation concerning the Hibbing area St. Louis County Sheriff Department. Sheriff Lieutenant Tim Harkonen also A Hibbing City Council member, Sergeant McKenzie in charge of deputy training and the Hibbing Police Department regarding allegations of abuse of authority i.e., Color of Law, the unfair and bias administration of law and brutality allegations. This includes thorough investigations of ANY and ALL, detainee deaths, while in law enforcement custody.
The bottom line is, a thorough, independent, at length investigation, of the dysfunctional structure of this system, from the unfair and bias administration of law and justce and the abuse of authority as it relates to law enforcement, legal procedure, judicial proceedings, attorney ethics, criminal detention and probationary supervised release and the adherance to state and federal sentencing guidelines by prosecutors and judges.
